Returns and refunds

We want you to love your order. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-day returns

Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email contact@danevohome.com with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Personalized items

Items made to order with a name, initials, birthstone or other personalization cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, since they are made specifically for you. They are of course covered if they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered (for example a wrong engraving).

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice. You will not need to pay any shipping costs.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us. After that, personalized items may already be in production and can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
