Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States (including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses).

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Personalized items are made to order and may take up to 5 business days before they ship. Orders are not processed on weekends or US public holidays.

Delivery time and cost

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 7 to 12 business days. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive it within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delayed or lost packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us at contact@danevohome.com and we will investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Duties and taxes

Prices shown are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. No additional customs fees are charged to customers in the United States.
